Where will you ship to?
This website is designed for shipping only to the United Kingdom. We are able to ship to all addresses in the United Kingdom that are covered by our delivery partners, Royal Mail and DPD.
How much does delivery cost?
The following shipping costs will apply to all orders placed through this website:
Under £49.99 – £3.00
£50.00 – £149.99 – £6.00
£150.00 – £249.99 – £10.00
£250.00 – £499.99 – £15.00
Over £500.00 – FREE
How long will delivery take?
Once you confirm your order with us we will arrange for the goods to be shipped to us from Errea out in Italy. As long as your chosen goods are in in Italy at the time of ordering they should arrive with us within 28 days for dispatch to you. We advise that the majority of orders will be delivered inside 28 days. However this can be delayed due to a variety of factors such as any personalisation work required, stock deficiencies with the manufacturer, delays associated with customs control etc. If for any reason an order is delayed beyond 28 days we will advise as such at the earliest possible opportunity. The best course of action is contact us before finalising your order so we can advise you as best as possible in regards to your order.
Can goods be personalised?
Yes goods can be personalised. Currently it is not possible to add personalisation through the website to your order. As such for any personalisation required please contact AD Teamwear directly who will provide details regarding personalisation and will invoice you separately. Personalisation services offered by AD Teamwear include:
- Printed Badges
- Heat Applied Embroidered Badges (minimum order applies)
- Printed sponsor logos (single or multiple colours)
- Printed names and numbers
For any items requiring a logo such as club badge or sponsor we require artwork to be provided in a Vector format, such as .ai/.svg/.eps (high resolution scalable vector graphic). For heat applied embroidered badges we require artwork to be in .dst format. If you are unable to provide logos in those format we may charge a minimum of £10 per logo for artwork services depending on the complexity of the design of the logo.
Additionally, should you require, goods can be provided without personalisation by AD Teamwear to be personalised locally by another supplier.
Do you have a minimum order? Can I place top up orders later in the season when a new player joins?
The simple answer is no. However please bear in mind that for shipping goods from Errea in Italy to ourselves in the UK we are subject to a minimum order and as such will need to add smaller orders to other orders to meet this. As such there could be a few days delay in processing smaller orders. As such when ordering a small quantity, as strange as this may sound, it could take longer to arrive than a larger order. In addition to this any personalisation work may take longer as larger orders are often easier and quicker to personalise than smaller orders.
Do you offer a Team Shop option?
Yes AD Teamwear provide free online club shops through www.myteamshop.co.uk. For more information please contact AD Teamwear.
What is your return policy?
Any orders placed through this website are accepted on a business to business basis. If no company name is provided you will be considered as a sole trader and we shall only supply you solely on a business to business relationship basis. As a business to business seller the only returns we can accept are an obvious defect to an item upon delivery. No returns are accepted on any items that are personalised in any way.
If you decide to purchase a sample for sizing prior to ordering and wish to use the sample in your order you can return the sample for any personalisation work if required.
